Ready-to-Wear

• Each ready-to-wear piece is individually produced to order. Because every garment is created especially for you, all sales are final.
• If an item arrives with a clear manufacturing fault, you must email info@mimmyyeboah.com within 3 days of delivery with photographs. We will offer repair, replacement or credit at our discretion.
• Approved returns must be shipped back in unworn condition, with all labels and packaging, within 7 days of our written approval. Client is responsible for return shipping.

Private Appointments – Made to measure & Couture

• Consultation fees, design deposits and all made to measure  or couture garments are non-refundable. These services involve reserved atelier time, custom pattern-making and exclusive design work.
• Once the initial deposit is received and design development begins, the commission cannot be cancelled and payments are not transferable to other services or products.

Deposits

• Deposits secure atelier capacity and are credited toward the final invoice. They are non-refundable should the client cancel or fail to complete fittings.
